Progenics offers customers a certificate of Cryopreservation with service, and guarantees and 80% or higher yield of Total nucleated cells (an indicator of likely transplant success) or service is free of charge. Customers with low volumes of cord blood (less than 20mL) will receive a 50% discount on their storage costs.

In addition to their paid family banking services, Progenics has a no-cost "Directed Donation Program" for families who wish to donate their baby’s umbilical cord blood stem cells directly to a family member who has been diagnosed with a life-threatening disease that can be treated with stem cells (Certain criteria must be met).

Initial processing and collection payments can be spread across two, four or twelve installments with no additional cost.
