The Elie Katz Umbilical Cord Blood Program is offered at Community Blood Services in New Jersey, a regional blood bank in operation since the 1950's. Since 1996 Community Blood Services laboratory has handled cord blood processing and storage for a number of private blood banks across the US, and started taking family banking clients directly in 2008.

Community Blood Services is also actively involved in public cord blood banking, and has stored and retrieved collected blood for more than 150 successful transplants to date between their family and public banking reserves.

Utilizing state of the art equipment for processing and storage, offering a solid reputation and significant experience in the field, Community Blood Services is one of the better known and most established cord blood banks in the US.

The prices listed here are for the Elie Katz program specifically; as Community Blood Services acts as a sub-contractor for many family cord blood banks across the United States, prices will vary when using a different company working with their lab. Collection/processing fees can be paid in full for a 10% discount, or spread over 3 installments. There are no current discounts available for prepaid storage.
