Located in Boca Raton, Florida, AssureImmune is one of the newer entrants into the cord blood industry, having opened its doors in 2008. Most accreditations have not been completed yet due to their relatively short time in operation, but their Website states both AABB and FACT certifications are in the works and their practices adhere to their standards.

AssureImmune works with both umbilical cord blood and adult stem cells taken from the peripheral blood. With state of the art laboratories and equipment, they are purportedly able to preserve higher volumes of stem cells than most competitors, and their storage methods require minimal exposure to potentially damaging elements.

AssureImmune recently merged with Banco de Cordon Umbilical, the largest cord blood bank in Latin America. The merger expands their reach to Central and South America, with labs now in the US, Mexico and Brazil.
