Rather than handle both the office administration and the storage facilities themselves, Alpha Cord affiliates itself with a number of independent laboratories across the USA. This allows it to focus on the 'front end' of the business such as customer relations and marketing while offering a number of laboratory choices around the country to it's clients.
With a focus on both selection and affordability, Alpha Cord offers some of the lowest collection & processing fees in the US, receiving discounted pricing from blood banks in its network and passing the savings along to it's customers.
Labs within the network are currently operating out of Chicago, New Jersey, Florida, Massachusetts, Colorado, Indiana, California and Utah, with additional facilities likely to be added in the future. Alpha Cord customers can choose to store with any bank in the network regardless of their location, with the exception of New Jersey and New York residents who are required by state law to bank with a facility holding their respective state accreditation.
